Is your business ready for growth?

Planning on business growth in the next 12 months?

I trust you have great plans for your business this coming year!

When surveyed about their business goals, many business owners state that growth is what they plan to focus on, so you are in good company.

But before you jump in and implement your big ideas, do you know how ready your business is for growth?

There are several areas to consider, as well as the effects growth could have on you and your loved ones:

  • Personal goals
  • Family goals
  • Business goals
  • Financial goals

Where you are at financially, what your profit margins are, whether costs will increase with growth, whether your current business model is suited to growth, what the growth will mean for your day-to-day life, who will be affected and how. These are all to be considered in your plans.

DO YOU NEED A PLAN ON PAPER?

And while many small business owners don’t have a real written plan as such (let’s face it, things change so quickly), in this case, it’s worth putting pen to paper, or firing up the laptop. By writing down your plan and your goals, you can measure results in the future.

You should also consider getting a second opinion and ask for professional advice, which may include your accountant, as well as a lawyer and a business mentor or coach.

How happy you are with your business matters a great deal if you are thinking of spending more time working on it!

So I’ve put together a quick 20 questions for you, to help you review and assess where you are currently sitting with your business.

You can get the questionnaire below, no sign-up, nothing needed, it’s all yours.
